Upload reminders from a file or create manually

Reminders can be individually created and modified with the easy to use web interface or uploaded from a comma separated value (csv) file. csv files are commonly exported from appointment management systems (like Physio Office for example). Please contact eTree™ if you would like assistance configuring settings to read your file. Files are uploaded to eTree™ via a simple to use secure web interface.

The main screen of our secure SSL-encrypted website is shown below. The pending reminders are visible in the main table and show both the appointment time and the time a reminder TXT will be sent. The interface is straightforward enough for the average computer user to begin using with little or no reference to the user guide.

The eTree™ Text Reminder system anticipates key tasks when scheduling reminders and is set up to minimise the effort required. Thus, rather than typing the content of a reminder text each time, one simply selects from templates (fully configurable) containing the appropriate Text. Different types of appointment or event reminder templates can be set up - each with their own content and timing settings. Reply TXTs from mobiles are routed to an email address that you specify.
